Location and view
The first day the pool was in maintenance.. The food service suspended him without warning.. Three days' stay and no one managed to warm up my jaccuzi.. The spa service is not direct from the hotel and in the three days I was there no one could take care of me.

The pool was nice for a quick dip on a hot day. The hotel location was close to public transportation and easy to get to various attractions. Plus, the view from the rooftop terrace was pretty impressive.
The rooms were not well-maintained and the cleanliness was not up to par. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis with exclusive amenities that exceed expectations. The Spa & Wellness Centre is exceptional – I highly recommend the facial and body scrub treatments. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are clean and surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers. The garden area is beautifully manicured. Staff is highly trained and helpful. Our in-room breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offers special diet menus.
The only issue we had was with the outdoor dining area. It would have been nice to have beach umbrellas or picnic tables to provide some shade.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a beautiful courtyard/garden area, a small but relaxing pool, and terraces outside the rooms. The location in a very green relaxing area and a nice residential neighborhood allowed us to have a peaceful stay away from the hustle-bustle of the city center. This hotel is a true luxurious haven. The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and outdoor dining area, fulfilled my every need. The massage at the Spa centre was amazing and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to relax. The garden area was incredibly beautiful and the staff was always attentive and provided excellent service. I was also impressed by the restaurant's special diet menus and the high-end quality of the food.
The only minor issue I had was that my room was situated near a street, which made it a bit noisy at times. Despite this, I still enjoyed the private facilities, and the room's exclusive advantages exceeded my expectations.
